In 1996 ChristianMingle.com started its online dating website. It’s designed for those looking for other Christian singles with similar religious and social values. They now have approximately 500,000 members. One can log onto the website to see many success stories of couples who have found a relationship using their services.

The initial sign up on the Christianmingle.com website is free but this does not allow you to contact other members. In order to actually meet other singles and communicates with them you are required to pay for their full service. They charge $29.99 for 1 month of service or you can bundle months, 3 months for $16.99 per month, or 6 months for $13.99 per month.

Similar to other dating websites, ChristianMingle.com has potential members complete an online profile. The profile contains basic demographic and physical characteristic information, as well as the opportunity to complete questions and write more about his or her own personality and post pictures. They also ask for members to identify the type of relationship they are seeking. This profile allows other members to learn more and decide if they want to contact a member. They offer an optional personality profile they call “Compass”, which can help identify a better match for your profile based on this analysis.

The process on ChristianMingle.com is fairly standard in comparison to other dating websites. The process is simple and straightforward with no surprises. ChristianMingle.com is best suited for those seeking a relationship with someone of a similar faith and values.
